PHASE - 3
* The main question is why not all the schools are multi cultured ?
*RESEARCH*
The answer to this question is that the diverse families in India don’t allow there children to go in any other cultural school but they prefer them to go to the same cultural school. Like a diverse Hindu family does not allow there children to go to any other cultural school like Christian, Muslim, etc. but they would prefer that their child is going to Hindu cultural school.
*INTERVEIWS*
We had interviewed three of our friends Rohit, Ali, William and have asked whether there schools are multi cultured or not and what are the different cultures celebrated over there :
1. After interviewing Rohit we came to know that their school is multi cultured and they celebrate not only Hindu festivals but also different cultures.
2. After interviewing Ali we came to know that their school is not multi cultured and diverse and they do not celebrate different cultural festival excluding the Muslim cultures.
3. After interviewing William we came to know that their school is multi cultured and they celebrate not only christian festivals but also different cultures.
*ABOUT DIVERSE TOWN*
Our population is not diverse but because of some it has made it diverse. There are many cultures in our town like Muslims, Hindus, Christians, Sikh, Parsis, and other minor religions. There are many cultures in this area and according to these cultures there are different shops for different religions, different society for particular religions, etc.
*WHETHER DIFFERENT RELIGIOUS HAVE DIFFERENT RIGHT*
Different religions have different rights, duties and their different beliefs. All religions don’t have same rights, etc.
*DIFFERENT CULTURES OF OUR TOWN*
There are many different cultures of our area that is been celebrated in our school like the recent festival that was celebrated both in our area and even in school is Diwali and it is celebrated as Diwali Dhamaka in our school.
*RELIGIOUS EDUCATION AT OUR SCHOOL*
In our school they teach us that we should respect all religions and that we should not make friends on the basis of religions and we don’t discrimate on religion. In school the students and the teachers come from different culture.
*GOVERNMENT POLICIES FOR MULTI CULTURED SCHOOLS*
The government as per our group is not doing anything to see if the schools are multi cultured or not. Because we have not noticed any measures taken by the government to change all the schools into multi cultured schools.
*OUTCOMES*
From our research we have found that not all schools but most of the schools are multi cultured school. Multi cultured school like our school celebrates not only Christmas or any Christian festivals but they also celebrate different cultures like Holi, Diwali, Eid, etc. Some schools have different cultures but some don’t.
*AWARENESS ACTIVITY AND POSITIVE EFFECT*
The multi cultured ideas of the school awares Indians that they should know about all other religions and respect them. The idea of a school to become a multi cultured is because a student or a child learns everything from school no matter what it is. A school is the second home of every child.
*CONCLUSION*
From our main question it has been concluded that all schools are not multi cultured because of the diverse religions that some families don’t allow their children of some culture to go to some other cultured schools.

* COMPARISON *
We have went through the research and the page of the Public Pawar School, Pune i.e., the 'Republic Restless' they have done a very well job and their page shows how creative they went.
Our similarities are, that we both have more of the datas for our research and we have went almost very close.
Secondly, we have done our introduction with photos and not with videos, which does not matter that whether we have used slideshows or not.

* DIFFERENCES *
The Differences with that page are many i.e., we didn't took more efforts for including more and more pictures for our page and that is where we went back.
Secondly, we didn't have songs for our page as that school had.

* REFLECTION *
After this phase we get to know about how others have done in their pages and have actually given time for it.
We would have done many a things like we could have give the introduction in a video, could have put some more of picture.
We could have done a less of data and shorten it so nobody get bored.
This is our first attempt which would have been totally flopped but in future we can not do any mistakes and we could get our presentation more creative and more interesting to be read.
'Thank You' all the readers for you have went through our page.
